Abigail is an organizational consultant specializing in the Integral Coaching methodology and in presentation development and delivery. For twenty years she has offered coaching and training to executives, project and marketing teams, managers and sales groups, increasing the power and effectiveness of their interactions with both internal and external customers. Recently she has expanded her coaching work to encompass a broader spectrum of issues, guiding clients through competence toward masterful performance.
Abigail is committed to the development of individuals as the most valuable resource of any organization. For this reason, she never paints by numbers, but focuses on the unique attributes each person brings to his or her professional and personal life. Her goal is to help create learning organizations, by aligning individual knowledge, integrity, intention and vision with business imperatives.
Abigail holds Bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and English literature, and a Master’s in Theatre Arts, all from U.C. Berkeley. In 1990 she earned a certificate in Organizational Development from JFK University, and was certified in 2000 by New Ventures West in Integral Coaching. To her work in business, Abigail also brings an extensive background in the theater. For twenty-five years she has been a professional actress on stage, and in feature film and network television.
